Rooted in Alpharetta, Dedicated to Enduring Craft
Northvale Home Renovations was founded on a straightforward principle: homeowners deserve remodeling partners who communicate plainly, respect their living space, and treat framing and finish work with equal care.
Rather than chasing volume across the entire Atlanta metro, we chose to focus our resources right here in North Fulton. This local focus means shorter drive times to your home, steadier scheduling for trade partners, and working familiarity with Alpharetta, Milton and Roswell permit requirements.

Our Operational Approach & Core Values
We never cut corners behind drywall. Every subfloor leveling, framing tie-in, and plumbing run is built to outlast industry baselines.
You receive weekly written progress recaps, clear milestone scheduling, and swift answers to questions without technical runarounds.
We establish realistic timelines before starting demolition and hold our trade crews accountable to daily on-site commitments.
We treat your residence like an active home, not an industrial yard. Negative air machines, floor runners, and clean sweeps are standard.

What makes a remodel go smoothly
Most remodeling problems trace back to three things: an unclear scope, selections made too late, and surprises behind the walls. We address all three before construction starts. The written estimate lists each part of the work, separates fixed costs from allowances, and names who is responsible for permits. Selections such as cabinets, tile, fixtures and appliances are chosen during design so materials arrive before the trades need them. And because most Alpharetta homes are 15 to 45 years old, we plan for common hidden conditions, such as undersized beams, older wiring or slow leaks under showers, and explain how they would be handled if found.
Questions to ask any remodeler, including us
- Who holds the license and insurance for this job, and can I see the documents?
- Who pulls the permit, and which inspections will the city perform?
- What is fixed price and what is an allowance in this estimate?
- Who is my day-to-day contact, and how often will I get updates?
- How are changes priced and approved during construction?
- What does the final walkthrough include, and how are punch-list items closed out?
Clear, written answers to these questions protect you whichever contractor you hire. We provide ours in writing with every estimate.
