Homeowner Reviews
Verified reviews only. No invented testimonials, ever.
How we handle reviews
- We only publish reviews from verified customers, with a link to the original source (such as Google).
- We never write, edit, buy or incentivize reviews, and we never post testimonials we cannot trace to a real homeowner.
- Northvale Home Renovations is a newly launched brand, so this page will fill in as Alpharetta-area projects are completed.
- Have questions about our crews or past work? Ask during your free estimate and we will answer them directly.

How to evaluate any contractor's reviews
- Look for reviews on platforms that verify customers, such as Google.
- Read detailed reviews that describe the project, not just star ratings.
- Check how the business responds to complaints.
- Be cautious of testimonials with no name, date or source.
- Ask for written estimates and documentation, not just ratings.
What our future reviews will show
When verified reviews are added, each will link to its original source, show the city and project type, and appear unedited. We will not remove negative reviews from this page.

Helpful guides
Why this page has no testimonials yet
Many contractor websites show quotes that cannot be traced to a real customer. We have chosen not to do that. Reviews will appear here only after a project is complete and the homeowner has posted a review on a public platform such as Google. Each one will link back to the original so you can confirm it is real.
How to check a contractor before you hire
- Verify the contractor's license through the Georgia Secretary of State's licensing lookup.
- Ask for a certificate of insurance showing general liability and workers' compensation coverage.
- Confirm who will pull the building permit for your project.
- Ask for references from recent projects similar in size to yours.
- Read reviews on more than one platform and look for patterns, not single comments.
- Get the scope, price, schedule and payment terms in writing before work starts.
What a good review tells you
The most useful reviews describe the type of project, how long it took, how communication went, how problems were handled, and whether the final cost matched the estimate. A review that mentions a problem and explains how the contractor resolved it can tell you more than a five-star rating with no detail.
Share your experience
If we complete a project for you, we will ask for honest feedback and send a link to our public review profile. We will never offer discounts or incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
